The Philippianna complex consists of main buildings and several annexes which are to the rear of the main block, close to the rooftop swimming pool and lively bar lounge with satellite television and nightly live entertainment. The main building also has reception area with safety deposit facility, pool table, video games and bingo. The complex has two kinds of apartments studio and one bedroom with capacity for up to two and four persons. Studios have twin beds, equipped with kitchenette (two ring hob, fridge, etc.) bathroom with shower and WC and balcony/terrace and the one bedroom apartments have a separate twin bedroom.
