Torreon del Mar Apartments Benalmadena Costa, Costa del Sol. This superb 2 bedroom 2 bathroom privately owned south facing apartment is situated on the sea front in the family resort of Benalmadena Costa, just 50 metres from the beach. The Torreon del Mar Apartments are only 15 minutes by taxi from Malaga Airport therefore car hire is not necessary. There are several shops and restaurants very close to the Torreon del Mar Apartment including a large new Supercor Supermarket with fresh fish, meat and vegetable counters plus numerous English food items available. Accommodation consists of a very spacious air conditioned apartment located directly south facing with the sun all day and next to the excellent swimming pool surrounded by sun beds. Leading from the entrance hall the lounge is furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style with two brown leather sofas one of which is a double convertible sofa bed. There is also a Satellite TV plus DVD player which also plays music CDs and a dining area for 6 adults. From the lounge there are patio doors and a single door leading to a triple width walled south facing tiled terrace over looking the swimming pool. The Apartment has two large well furnished bedrooms, one with a king sized double bed, the other with two single beds and both have fitted wardrobes and dressing tables, large wall mirrors and a hairdryer. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading on to a terrace, are very comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The excellent kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances including a washing machine, full height fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and iron. There are marble work surfaces and a full width breakfast bar with screen opening on to the dining area. The apartment has two fully tiled private bathrooms each is fitted to a high standard, each with full bath, screened shower, bidet and fitted toiletries cupboard. There are an excellent range of facilities very close to the Torreon del Mar Apartments, including a superb beach within 50 metres, which has sun beds with parasols, an excellent Californian style beach bar serving cocktails and light snacks plus BBQ evening meals. There is also the superb “La Cala” Spanish Al a Carte restaurant with dining terrace over looking the beach and ocean, serving a wide range of fish and other specialities.
