Villa Mila is located inside the City Walls in a completely restored "Dubrovnik-style " house dating from the 15th Century. It is accessed by steps from the Old Town making it therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or with very young children. This newly renovated spacious and luxurious villa 120 sqm for 4-6 people fully furnished and located in an old authentic stone house has its own entrance a lounge area on the 1st. floor a double room and a toilet shower room on the 2nd. floor 2 single bedrooms and a bathroom on the 3rd. floor accessed via a spiral staircase and a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a dinning lounge area on the 4th. floor. An outside staircase takes you to the wonderful roof top terrace overlooking the Old Town with spectacular panoramic views over the world famous red rooftops of Dubrovnik St Blaise church and the sea. The whole house has a cooling heating system and it has Sat-TV. An electic barbeque is also available at the roof terrace.
