The country house and the 4 apartments with 2 floors was built in 2005. Various facilities are available to guests including a 1 500 m² garden area with a unique view over Maria de la Salut Inca Alcudia Santa Margarita and the sea. It also includes a foyer with a safe and an Internet terminal. Furthermore guests may make use of the room and laundry services and there is a doctor on call. Car parking facilities are available.
