The Romantic Hotel is situated just 25 metres from the beach in the quiet residential Gonmar area of the holiday resort of Puerto Pollensa, around 900 metres from the centre of the resort where there are a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Accommodation at the Hotel Romantic consists of a total of 78 rooms, including 70 twin rooms and 8 single rooms, on 4 floors. All rooms at the Romantic Hotel are air conditioned and have a full en suite bathroom with shower, safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone and either a balcony or terrace, some of which have excellent views over the magnificent Bay of Pollensa. Facilities at the Romantic Hotel include a 24 hour reception, currency exchange, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant, luggage rooms, lounge bar with satellite television, plus a laundry service. All guests staying at the Hotel Romantic are also welcome to use the facilities at the nearby Pollensa Park Hotel which includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with separate children's section and spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols. Additional facilities include a children’s playground and mini-club as well as 2 tennis courts, a multi sports activity area for volleyball, five-a-side football, basketball, a pool table and table tennis table. A seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
